The Interprofessionality Competence Center focuses on collaborative practices, their modalities, as well as the perceptions, knowledge, and competencies associated with them. This is a crucial area, both for coordinating patient care and for addressing transitional care and the continuity of therapeutic pathways.

A better understanding of the roles and professional cultures of healthcare practitioners makes it possible to act at a structural level, strengthening synergies between professions and promoting more coherent, integrated patient care.

Interprofessional collaboration is embedded in HESAV’s DNA. Through its five degree programmes (Nursing, Midwifery, Physiotherapy, Medical Radiology Technology, and Occupational Therapy) and its strong grounding in professional practice, our University of Applied Sciences is ideally positioned to address these challenges and contribute to the development of innovative, integrated healthcare models.
